FLEAS & TICKS

Treating your yard for Fleas and Ticks will kill current infestations, but will not prevent new Fleas or Ticks from entering your yard.

Taking care of interior fleas can be an involved process. Customers must thoroughly vacuum the carpets before treatment and dispose of the vacuum bag outside immediately. Pets should be professionally treated. All bedding (including the pets') should be thoroughly washed prior to your treatment. Beds should not be remade for at least four hours (or as directed by the Joshua’s technician).

First, the technician will lightly apply formula on carpeted areas, especially under beds and couches, focusing on areas of activity. The technician will use aerosol product to treat fabric chairs and couches, especially under cushions. The technician will spray and/or granulate the exterior of the property, especially grass and soil.

Everyone, (pets and people) must leave the home for at least four hours (or as instructed by the technician). When they return, the windows should be opened for ventilation. Birds must be removed from the home for 24-hours. Fish tanks must be covered and the filters turned off for at least eight hours unless the technician indicates longer. Pregnant women need to be out of the home for at least 4 hours, unless the technician indicates longer.
